Privacy Policy

This page explains, in plain language, what happens to information you submit through this website.
What we collect
When you fill out the website preview form, we collect what you enter — things like your name, business name, email or phone number, current website, and anything you tell us about your project. We also automatically capture basic technical information (like which page you came from) so we can understand how people find this site.
How we use it
Information submitted through the form is used only to respond to your request — to review your business, prepare a website concept, and get back to you. We don't sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics (GA4), Microsoft Clarity, and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — things like which pages get viewed, whether visitors click to call or email, and whether the preview form is submitted. These tools only run on the live production site (never in development or testing) and are not used to build a profile of you personally. Analytics currently runs without an in-page consent step; a cookie-preference control exists in this site's code but is not presented to visitors at this time.
We never send names, email addresses, phone numbers, or anything else you type into the preview form to any analytics tool — only the fact that an action happened (like "form submitted"), with no message content attached. Microsoft Clarity's session recordings and heatmaps mask the preview form and its confirmation message so nothing you type is visible in a recording. Cloudflare Web Analytics reports aggregate traffic statistics for this site and does not use cookies or a personal identifier.
This section describes what this site actually does. It isn't a guarantee of compliance with GDPR, CCPA, or any other privacy law — see the note at the bottom of this page.
Spam & bot protection
The contact form uses standard spam-prevention measures, which may include verifying that a submission was made by a real visitor rather than automated software.
Data retention
We keep information you submit for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request and, if we work together, to deliver the project. If you'd like your information deleted, contact us and we'll take care of it.

This is a plain-language summary, not a formal legal document. It should be reviewed by an attorney before this site collects information from real customers at scale.
